Amended Company Charter Approved at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

TRACIMEXCO was established in 1995 through the merger of the Import-Export and Supply Company for Transport and the Import-Export and International Cooperation Company for Transport. Its primary responsibilities included importing and supplying materials for transportation infrastructure projects, as well as machinery and equipment for major projects of the Ministry of Transport, and implementing investment projects in line with the Government’s strategy for developing the automotive and mechanical engineering industries
