TRANSPORT INVESTMENT COOPERATION AND IMPORT EXPORT JOINT STOCK COMPANY

TRACIMEXCO – Transport Investment cooperation and Import – Export Joint Stock Company is a multi-sector enterprise engaged in a wide range of business activities, with a focus on import-export, international investment cooperation, and logistics, while continuously expanding into other business sectors.

In 1995, TRACIMEXCO was established through the merger of three corporations:

  • Transport Import-Export and International Cooperation Company (TRACIMEX), under the Ministry of Transport.
  • Transport Investment Consulting and International Cooperation Services Corporation (INTECO).
  • Transport Import-Export and Supplies & Equipment Corporation (VIETRANSIMEX).

In 2014, the Company initiated the equitization of its member companies in accordance with the policies approved by the Government and the Ministry of Transport. During this period, Transport Investment Cooperation and Import-Export one member limited liability company was transformed into a joint stock company.

In 2017, TRACIMEXCO transferred the State’s ownership representation rights from the Ministry of Transport to the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) for management.

Over more than 30 years of establishment and development, TRACIMEXCO has continuously expanded its operations, diversified its business portfolio, and built a broad network of partnerships with reputable domestic and international companies. The Company has established strategic business relationships with leading enterprises and corporations such as Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam and JAC Vietnam, contributing to the development of projects in automobile manufacturing, assembly, and trading.

Establishment of the Transport Investment Cooperation and Import-Export Company (Parent Company) under the Ministry of Transport

Transformation of the Parent Company into Transport Investment Cooperation and Import-Export One Member Limited Liability Company

Equitization of the Company and Renaming as TRACIMEXCO – Transport Investment Cooperation and Import-Export Joint Stock Company

Transfer of the State Ownership Representation Rights from the Ministry of Transport to the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC)
